Die Anw\u00e4lt*innen beantragten und erhielten vom Untersuchungsrichter die Zustimmung, den Gerichtsstand nach Genua zu verlegen, da die Mail\u00e4nder Staatsanwaltschaft nicht zust\u00e4ndig sei.
